A Post from Sarah
It's been forever since mom posted on this. Other things have gotten in her way, especially my dad's disability. Over the past year, my dad had numbness in his right hand. After the beginning of 2016, another side effect came to life and mom took him to the hospital. Turns out on the the heart valves has a tissue on it, which is making it hard to open. As the valve moves, it forces tissue into the brain, causing brain damage. He now needs surgery to replace the valve.
So far mom's been dragging my dad to appointments here and there, yelling at doctors on the phone, and trying to get people to watch us kids. This situation is putting alot of stress on her, but she doesn't have to worry because I know God will make things bright again. Deuteronomy 31:6 states, "Be strong, be courageous, do not be afraid for the Lord your God is with you."
So if you're one of those moms who are in the middle of a crisis, don't sweat it!
